• In line with government safety protocol, if patient or someone they live with has symptoms they will be advised not to attend our clinic. 
  • We will check this as our screening conversation before we confirm booking into our clinic, but if things change afterwards patient must let us know to rearrange. 
  • If patient start displaying symptoms of coronavirus before their appointment they are advised not to come into the clinic and contact us to reschedule their appointment.
  • When attending appointment, patients are advised to follow the steps below:
    • Only enter 5 minutes (max) before your appointment 
    • Remain outside if there are no free waiting area seats 
    • Maintain 2m distance from others within waiting room areas 
    • Use hand sanitiser before and after your appointment 
    • We encourage the use of face coverings as per government guidance 
    • Follow the guidance in clinic for social distancing 
    • Attend your appointment alone unless a chaperone is essential 
    • Your Physiotherapist will be wearing appropriate PPE 
    • In the same way that we are checking patients attending our clinic, we are also screening our own staff carefully to ensure that they are fit and safe to be treating patients in the clinic. 
    • Our clinic is fully equipped with PPE (personal protection equipment), including: aprons, gloves, sanitising equipment, face masks and face shield visor. 
    • Physiotherapist working in the clinic has also completed special COVID-19 safety training to ensure that he knows how to manage safety standards in clinic carefully.
